We specialize in treating patients with a variety of neurological disorders ranging from seizures/epilepsy and seizure-like activity, headaches, movement disorders, cerebral palsy, neurodevelopmental and neurometabolic disorders, neuromuscular and neuroimmunological conditions. 

Successful treatment begins with accurate diagnosis. Our neuroimaging and neurophysiological testing includes:

• Neuroimaging studies - brain and spinal MRI and CT scans
• EEG (electroencephalogram) - a test that measures and records the electrical activity of the brain
• Routine video EEG (including sleep-deprived EEG) 
• 2-hour video EEGs 
• 4–72-hour hospital video EEGs 
• Ambulatory at-home EEGs 

In addition, we offer the following diagnostic tests for older children (14 years and above): 

• EMG (electromyogram) - a test that measures the electrical impulses of muscles at rest and during contraction.
• Evoked Response Testing - tests that measure the time it takes for nerves to respond to stimulation as well as the size of the response. Nerves from different areas of the body may be tested.
• Nerve Conduction Study - a test that measures how well and how fast the nerves can send electrical signals
