School-Based Health Centers

Our school-based health centers provide comprehensive healthcare services and wellness education to students within the East Baton Rouge Parish School System.

Our services are available onsite during school hours Monday through Friday with same-day appointments available. We are staffed by a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, licensed social worker, medical assistant, and patient access representative who work in coordination with your child’s pediatrician/provider(s) and school nurse. • Health screenings, education and prevention
• Case management
