Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment

It’s that time of year again! All team members must enroll, re-enroll or make changes to your employee benefits for 2025 during the annual Open Enrollment period from November 1 - November 15, 2024. There are no exceptions if you miss the deadline for enrollment.

Your Action is Required:

  • You must take action by November 15:  Even if you desire the same coverage in 2025, you are still required to re-enroll in each plan. Carefully review your elections in each benefit plan. Some plans default to WAIVE coverage which means you will not have coverage if no action is taken.
  • If you do not re-enroll, your benefits will terminate on December 31, 2024. If you no longer want coverage in in 2025, you must actively elect to waive coverage under the benefit plan.
  • You must verify any new or previously unverified dependents by the November 15 deadline to ensure their coverage. Learn more by clicking here.
  • You must designate your spouse and/or dependent(s) under each Group Spouse and Dependent Life Insurance Plans.
