Virtual Visits

Many of our providers are available for virtual appointments until 8 p.m., seven days a week, so you can reach one of our trusted providers whenever you need them. These after-hours appointments are typically for minor illnesses and infections.

Virtual Extended Hours are available during the following times:

• Monday – Friday, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Our primary care providers offer virtual appointments for those who can’t make an in-person appointment or just prefer to see their provider from the comfort of their home or wherever they are. You may receive a call prior to your appointment to make sure you have all the information and connectivity you need to get your appointment started remotely. Any necessary follow-up or in-person testing can be arranged during your video visit.

To schedule a video visit with a specific provider, log on to your MyChart account or find your provider using our Find a Doc services. 

On-demand video visits are now available for our patients with a MyChart account. Just click the "Video Visit On-Demand" button on the Appointments page in MyChart and you’ll be quickly connected with the next available provider to discuss any health concerns you have — all from the comfort of your home. Wait times are short, so there’s no need to schedule an appointment! On-demand hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday. Get the care you need now.
