Pediatrician specializing in primary care for the Northshore community

Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health welcomes Grant Clinkingbeard, MD, as its newest pediatrician in the Northshore community.

Located in Covington, Dr. Clinkingbeard specializes in primary care pediatrics and joins the practice with fellow pediatrician and internal medicine specialist, Dr. Susan F. Ovella. Dr. Clinkingbeard provides a variety of diagnoses and treatments, including for allergies, asthma, growth and development, ADD/ADHD, and preventive care.

After receiving his bachelor of science degree from Baylor University, Dr. Clinkingbeard earned his doctoral degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Upon his graduation, he completed his pediatric training at the LSU Pediatric Residency Program at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. Clinkingbeard is excited to join the Northshore community along with his wife, Ashley, and daughter, Emmy.
