How We Support Top-Tier Research

The Grant Administration Office provides support in the acquisition and administration of federal, state and private grants, while balancing the mission of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center with the regulatory compliance requirements of grant sponsors.  

We assist with the identification of funding opportunities so our physicians and staff have the greatest chance for success. The Grant Administration Office provides resources during the conceptualization and preparation of grant proposals.  

All Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center grant proposals should be submitted through the Grant Administration Office. Post-award management and financial oversight ensures compliance with sponsor regulations while adhering to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center policies. Guidance is provided to all grantees ensuring project investigators follow sound management practices and fulfill grantor agency requirements.  

In furthering the mission of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, the Grant Administration Office cultivates relationships with Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System sister hospitals across Louisiana.
