Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System Announces New Leaders Focused on Human Resources & Charitable Giving

Baton Rouge, LA — Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Trahan to Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Ann Marie Marmande to Senior Vice President, Philanthropy. The promotions reflect the health system’s commitment to becoming the best place to work, practice medicine and receive care.

Both leaders bring over two decades of experience in their respective fields and a deep commitment to the mission of FMOLHS.

Jennifer joined the health system in 2000 as a Social Worker at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. In 2001 she transitioned into Human Resources, gaining more responsibilities and most recently serving as Vice President, Regional Chief People Officer for FMOLHS. She holds a master’s degree in social work from LSU and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

In her new role, Jennifer will be responsible for all divisions of HR and will focus her efforts on shaping the exceptional culture of FMOLHS that makes the organization the best place to work and practice medicine. She will also assume responsibility for all divisions of HR, including the AskHR Performance Center, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, and Learning and Leading.

Ann Marie Marmande has served as President of Our Lady of the Lake Foundation since January 2020. Prior to her role at Our Lady of the Lake Foundation, Ann Marie spent 20 years with the LSU Foundation in various roles including, SVP for Principal Gifts; VP for Development; Sr. Director of Development for the College of Science; Director of Stewardship; and Director of Alumni Relations for the School of Social Work. Ann Marie has a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation services and a master's degree in social work from LSU. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and is the immediate past chairperson of the LSU Rural Life Museum Board of Trustees.

Ann Marie will continue to serve as president of Our Lady of the Lake Foundation and will expand her scope to include leadership oversight of all Foundations, philanthropic activities, and partnerships to enhance alignment and grow philanthropic impact.
