Our Lady of Lourdes Health Recognizes Milestones of Commitment with Annual Service Awards

LAFAYETTE, LA – Our Lady of Lourdes Health proudly celebrated the dedication and outstanding contributions of 301 team members across our ministry at special award ceremonies throughout October.
During the ceremonies, honorees were acknowledged for reaching milestone years of service, collectively representing over 3,545 years of dedicated care. Their exceptional leadership and compassion exemplify the values of Our Lady of Lourdes Health and the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.
“Our team members’ unwavering commitment is the cornerstone of our success,” said Amber Bourg, Director of Human Resources at Our Lady of Lourdes Heath. “Their dedication and passion drive us forward, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. We are incredibly proud of their contributions and the positive impact they have on our organization every day.”
Among those recognized were Charlene Martin, Stella Lasalle and Ramona Parker who have each dedicated 45 years to serving our community. Their remarkable commitment and contributions to our sterile processing department, internal medicine clinic and outpatient rehabilitation clinic have made a lasting impact on our patients and their families.
The Service Awards ceremonies reflect Our Lady of Lourdes Health’s commitment to recognizing the hard work of our team members and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Each honoree is a vital part of our mission, a Spirit of Healing, and extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to those most in need.
