November 01, 2024
Baton Rouge, La.— Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS) is proud to announce its recognition as one of Forbes’ America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2024. This distinguished list was created in partnership with Statista Inc., a leading provider of industry rankings and data analysis. The full list can be viewed on the Forbes website.
“Our commitment to our team members is foundational to our mission,” said E.J. Kuiper, president & CEO of FMOLHS. “This recognition not only celebrates the dedication of our team but also reinforces our belief that a thriving workforce leads to better care for our patients. We are committed to fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration flourish, enabling our team members to provide the highest quality of care to our communities.”
The selection process for Forbes’ Best-In-State Employers involved an independent survey of more than 160,000 employees from companies with a workforce of 500 or more. The survey collected over 4.4 million employee reviews, examining factors like workplace satisfaction, opportunities for career development, and an organization’s willingness to improve working conditions. By considering data from the past three years, the rankings highlight employers that maintain consistent excellence.
Employers are ranked by state and evaluated using two key factors:
Employees’ likelihood to recommend their employer to others.
External recommendations from industry peers or the public who have insights into similar workplaces.
FMOLHS is honored to receive this recognition, as it reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to building a positive workplace where team members can grow and excel.
“This award highlights our dedication to creating a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered,” said Hunter Richardson, executive vice president and chief administrative officer, FMOLHS. “Being recognized speaks to the strong culture we’ve built and the efforts we put into ensuring our team members have the tools and resources to succeed.”
Forbes’ collaboration with Statista provides valuable insights into top employers across a range of industries, highlighting organizations that consistently prioritize employee well-being.
