Our Lady of Lourdes Health receives 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award

Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Physician Group recently received the 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® from Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services.

This is the second-consecutive year Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Physician Group take home the honor. Winners of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award® are among the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience in the past year.
