Our Lady of the Lake North Receives 2022 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®

Our Lady of the Lake North is recognized as a leader in the healthcare industry.

BATON ROUGE—Our Lady of the Lake Health today announced that Our Lady of the Lake North has been named a 2022 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.

Our Lady of the Lake North offers primary care, urgent care, emergency services, infusion services for cancer patients, radiology including PET, ultrasound, bone density, and mammography in a single easily accessible location. The campus is also home to the Geaux Get Healthy program, which helps educate and provide nutritional support to those in the community who need it.
