Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group Launches Facility Expansion for Primary Care for Women Clinic in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, LA – Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group has announced that demolition has begun in the facility expansion and renovation of the Primary Care for Women Clinic located at 5131 O’Donovan Drive. The clinic, dedicated to providing a full spectrum of healthcare services for women ages 18 and older, will be reconstructed across the hall from its current location.

Primary Care for Women is a unique healthcare setting that offers physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation to female patients living in our community. The facility features an array of specialized services that are provided in a comfortable, spa-like environment. Primary Care for Women serves as a convenient one-stop-shop for healthcare services that include: comprehensive physical exams, evaluation and care of chronic illnesses, gynecology services, well woman visits, breast cancer screenings, executive woman’s wellness, nutritional and dietary services, and cardiovascular screenings.

As the Primary Care for Women continues to grow and expand services, the clinic expansion will provide increased space for additional providers. Female patients in our community will have even greater access to some of our region’s most experienced, high-quality providers. Clinic providers include:
