Thank you for staying tuned in to ongoing updates as we prepared for Hurricane Francine. We will not be activating a Code Gray in our market. Several team members have opted to stay in house to be here safely for their shift. If your need for sleeping arrangements changes, please notify your department lead.

Please continue to stay vigilant and ensure your home and family are prepared for potential tornadic activity.

Many of our clinics were closed for in-person visits on Wednesday, September 11. Those impacted patient appointments have been postponed, rescheduled or moved to a video visit.

We are extending our virtual hours to serve our patients better during Hurricane Francine. On-Demand visits will be offered both Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. For an On-Demand visit join the On-Demand queue in MyChart. 

On Thursday, we also anticipate that the OR will be back to normal operations and that all clinics will either have normal hours or observed a delayed opening. Please stay in touch with your leader for the latest on this evolving situation.
