  • The region’s first and only provider of the left atrial appendage closure procedure for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation
  • Percutaneous (through the skin) valve replacements or repairs, such as the transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and mitraclip
  • The region's leader in cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions for high-risk patients
  • Endovascular procedures (using a catheter inserted through the skin to diagnose and treat vascular disease), including endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms in the abdomen or chest (EVAR, TEVAR), endovascular repair of aortic dissections, stent-graft implantations, endovascular treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) with angioplasty and stenting, embolization of visceral artery aneurysms and vascular malformations and hybrid (part open and part endovascular) intervention to treat complex vascular problems.

Chest Pain Center and Heart Attack Treatment at St. Francis

St. Francis Medical Center offers an accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI. This designation, awarded by the the American College of Cardiology, means that St. Francis Medical Center has demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients with chest pain.
