Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group Medical Oncology

There are three infusion centers available:

• Oncology Infusion at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center
  Medical Plaza 2
  Elevator H, Suite 2000
• Non-oncology Infusion at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center
  Medical Plaza 1
  Elevator G, Suite 6000
• Woman’s Hospital Infusion
  500 Rue De La Vie St., Suite 420
  Baton Rouge, LA 70817

If you are seeing your doctor at the Regional Medical Center, labs will be done in the Medical Oncology clinic in Medical Plaza 2, Suite 6000. An appointment is necessary.
If you are seeing your doctor in Ascension, please have your labs completed at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. The lab is located inside the hospital. Please enter through Entrance B. No appointment is necessary.

If you are seeing your doctor at Woman’s Hospital, labs are done in the Cancer Pavilion on the 4th floor. Please check-in at Suite 430.

One guest per patient may accompany you on the visit. No children under the age of 18 are allowed.

If you need wheelchair assistance, please enter through Entrance C, Medical Plaza 1, where the Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Institute Guest Services is located.

If you do not need wheelchair assistance, you may enter through Entrance 3, Medical Plaza 2 and proceed to Elevator H.

Take any of the four elevators located at Elevator H to Suite 6000 on the 6th floor.

We offer a full array of diagnostic imaging and treatment options to help you and your providers navigate this journey. Our robust imaging team provides services at locations across Greater Baton Rouge to ensure you have options to fit your individual needs.

Imaging services can be scheduled by contacting the central scheduling department at (225) 763-6500 (option 1).
