Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group Ascension Public Health offers residents of Ascension Parish adult and childhood vaccinations, dietitian counseling (with a provider order), primary care services for those six months or older, urine pregnancy tests, women's health as well as assistance with commodities applications, Medicaid applications and mobile unit services. This location also has an on-site pharmacy.

Ascension Public Health accepts private insurance, Medicaid, and uninsured patients who are residents of Ascension Parish.
