Our Lady of the Lake Diabetes and Nutrition Center

Treating both adult and pediatric diabetes and nutrition disorders, Our Lady of the Lake Diabetes and Nutrition Center in Baton Rouge provides comprehensive programs, including diabetes self-management training and medical nutrition therapy. Reach your goals with weight loss programs and services to manage health conditions.

Services include: 

• Diabetes Self-Management Training Program (DSMT)
• Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
• Diabetes Education and Awareness Group (Support Group)
  • The diabetes support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Our Lady of the Lake Auditorium from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Diabetes and Nutrition Center has been awarded recognition by the American Diabetes Association in accordance with the national standards for quality diabetes patient education programs.
