Dr. Hausmann performs most of his surgeries using advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques. He believes that delivering surgery via advanced technology offers benefits for his patients through less pain and quicker recoveries. Additionally, he believes that clear communication with his patients will help them feel comfortable and in control throughout their pre- and post-operative experiences.
Dr. Hausmann also serves as a proctor to other surgeons across the country, teaching advanced surgical techniques, including robotic surgery with the da Vinci Surgical System and the LINX procedure for GERD.
