Our Lady of the Lake Health Announces Lesley Tilley as Regional VP of Operations

“Lesley is a proven leader with the ability to ensure Our Lady of the Lake Health continues to bring world-class care and excellent patient experience to the people in Assumption, Ascension, Livingston and North Baton Rouge,” shared Chuck Spicer, President of Our Lady of the Lake Health. “In this new role, Lesley will lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that will benefit the community and the people we are privileged to serve.”
Tilley currently serves Our Lady of the Lake as VP of Operations. Her role has robust responsibility for end-to-end operations at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in the areas of respiratory therapy, care management, post-acute/therapy services, trauma program, emergency department, mental behavioral health service line, linen services, and inpatient laboratory services. She previously served as VP of Population health for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from 2015-2018 and VP of Operations for Franciscan Health and Wellness. Lesley holds various nursing degrees and anticipates completing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice program in fall 2024.
