Andrew LeBlanc Named Chief Financial Officer for St. Francis Health

Monroe, LA - St. Francis Health, part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS), is pleased to announce Andrew LeBlanc has been named its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

“I’m excited to welcome Andy to the St. Francis executive team,” said Dr. Thomas Gullatt, President, St. Francis Health. “I'm confident his financial and operational experience will help guide our ministry’s continued strategic growth required to meet the needs of our community.”

LeBlanc brings with him 15 years of direct healthcare experience as a consultant, leader in hospital operations and executive-level financial activities. Most recently, LeBlanc served as the Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for LCMC Health in New Orleans. He has also held executive financial positions with Children’s Hospital of New Orleans and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.

LeBlanc holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a master of health administration from Texas A&M University.

He will officially join St. Francis Health on August 12, 2024, succeeding Jeremy Rogers who recently transitioned to Our Lady of Lourdes Health in Lafayette.
