Our Lady of Lourdes Health Launches ThroughAllMaternity.com, an Online Community for Expecting Parents

Lafayette, LA —Our Lady of Lourdes Health is excited to announce the launch of ThroughAllMaternity.com, featuring birth journeys from local mothers who delivered their babies at Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Through All Maternity celebrates moms and babies whose story began at a hospital within the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. At launch, 13 unique birth stories are currently featured.
From getting healthy for pregnancy to seeing those two lines on a positive test. From the first ultrasound to a baby’s first cry. Through All Maternity uses real photos, videos and candid descriptions of the good, the bad, the beautiful and everything in between about pregnancy. The site also features resources to help expecting moms during their pregnancies and beyond into parenthood.

The Ultimate Pregnancy Guide, a free download available on the site, helps families prepare for the big day — the birth of their baby! By downloading the guide, moms-to-be learn what to expect at each prenatal appointment, find advice about nutrition during pregnancy, a complete hospital packing list, tips to select a pediatrician and much more.
“I cannot imagine having gone anywhere other than Women’s & Children’s due to the staff, the support, the knowledge, and the resources,” said Morgan Albert, one of the moms whose birth journey is featured on the site.
Through All Maternity also features a carefully curated playlist of songs for the special season of life that is pregnancy and life with a newborn, with song selections meaningful to moms who shared their stories on the site. It’s the perfect blend of songs for preparing for birth, rocking a new baby or looking back fondly on those days.
