Confirm Caller Identity

St. Francis Medical Center and St. Francis Medical Group team members will always identify themselves by name, as well as department or physician office when reaching out to you via phone. If sensitive materials are requested, we will always give you the opportunity to visit us in person.
Recently some community members have received calls that appeared to come from a St. Francis phone number that was not a legitimate call. This is called "Caller ID Spoofing" and you can learn more here at the Federal Trade Commission.
If you receive calls from someone identifying themselves as a St. Francis Medical Center or St. Francis Medical Group representative asking for information that you feel uncomfortable providing, please hang up and call the clinic or hospital directly.
