small role in helping your fellow team members have a little fun?
No matter what your ultimate goal, our SpiritLink committee can
help you get involved.
SpiritLink is a volunteer group comprised of OLOL team members
that organizes events and activities to provide fellowship and
fun for team members and their families. Annual SpiritLink
committee activities include a family Easter Egg Hunt, Hospital
Week activities, a Christmas Party, Trick or Treat Trail, a St.
Patrick's Day Parade event, and much more.

All departments follow a hospital-wide format called "Everyday
Excellence Exchange," allowing each area to receive the same
communication throughout the week. Gathering as a department for
a quick overview of organizational announcements and tips also
offers team members the opportunity to discuss work logistics and
